Returns & Refund Policy

Our return policy for all original paintings allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
 

To qualify for a return, original artworks must be in its original condition and packaging, as you received it, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Since all of our fine art prints are custom-made with care, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or change-of-mind requests, as we do not keep stock. Many art pieces are shipped directly from our framer/fine art printer, so please do not return your purchase to the address on the shipping label. We cannot guarantee safe receipt, and doing so may result in the loss of your item.

Sale or discounted items are not eligible for returns.


To initiate a return (originals only), please contact me at paul@paulwilliams.art. If we approve your return, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  If your item arrives damaged please contact us within 24hrs so that we can arrange a replacement.  If issues are reported after 24hrs replacements may not be possible. 

 

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items are not eligible for return, such as custom products (including special orders, bespoke sizes or frame options). If you have any questions or concerns about your specific order, please feel free to contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

 

Exchanges (Originals only)
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds (Originals only)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method automatically. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
